Nine of the se patients were fond to have malignant obstructing pathologies. Sıx of tehese 9 patients were undergone biliary self expanding Wallstent by percutoneus transhepatıc rout, under fluoroscopic guidance w ith the ın ten d of palliating the obstructed segment and maintaming the drainage through gastrointestinal system. This method has been determined as a permanent, pallıatıve solution in achievıng drainage malignant biliary congestions because it doesn't requıre general anesthesıa like in Zaparatamy in ınoperabl cases and is less traumatic and wıth less advers effects.
