ABSTRACT

In this placebo controlled elinical trial, the effıcacy of etodolac which is a prostaglandin synthesis inhibitor in the management of dysmenorrhea was ınvestıgated. In the 20 patients who were given etodolac, we observed a statistical improvement in the pain severity and same symptoms which were accomplying dysmenorrhea, In the placebo group we observed no statistical improvement.
