A 28 year old male patient presented to our clinic with left flank pain, stomach ache, chilling fever. During routine physical and radiological examination, the patient was found to have left non-functioning kidney with renal stone and pyonephrosis. With these fındings, left nephrectomy was offered to the patient. During the operation, a renocolic fıstula was discovered between the upper pole of the left kidney and the ascending calan. Nephrectomy was performed together with the primary repair of the fıstula. With this case report, we have reviewed the elinical presentation, the diagnosis and treatment of the renocolic fıstulas.
