ABSTRACT

Renal leiomyosarcomas are very rare and 1-3 % of primary renal malignancies. The leiomyosarcomas are most commonly seen among the all renal sarcomas subtypes. (% 40-60 percent of reported cases). They are localized periferically and arise from renal capsule. The ones which are localized centrally and originated from the smooth muscules of renal pelvis wall are more rare than periferically located ones. They are also originated from smooth muscules of the large renal blood vessels (1).

Our case is a 65 years old women who has renal leiomyosarcoma which is centrally located and orginated from renal pelvis. We considered the case presentable due to its rare localization.
