Cerebral arteriovenous malformations of the ve in of Galen are rare congenital abnormalities usually associated with hemodynamic and central nerve system disturbances. Only 13 cases with an antenatal diagnosis have been reported in the liteature. We represent another case diagnosed by ultrasonography confirmed by autopsy findings.
