Minimally invasive pectus excavatum repair technique was developed as an alternative to the standard “Ravitch” (open sternoplasty) technique. With “Nuss” procedure, the pectus excavatum can be repaired without osteotomies or cartilage resections. In this article, we present the Nuss procedure with two cases.
