ABSTRACT

Most often causes of mecanic intestinal obstruction (MIO) are ıntraluminal tumours, abdominal wall hemias and peritoneal adhesions. Extemal pressure secondary MIO is rare. Ovarian cancer mass secondary MIO is very rare. Diagnosis ofthese patients are difficult and also approach to treatment is not clear. Here, in this report, this rare clinıcal problem is dıscussed for daiagnostic and treatmental point of views.
