ABSTRACT

H1 antogonist play an important role in the symptomatic treatment of chronic urticaria and a considerably less important role in treatment of atopic dermatitis and other allergic skin disorders.The potential benefits of each H1 antagonist should be weighed against the potential risk,particularly the common,often subclinical CNS adverse effects produced by the older H1 antagonists.
