ABSTRACT

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GST), areseenin duodenum rarely. Duodenum derived GST, gives no other symptoms other than abdarninal mass unlike the other GST. lmaging studies are not useful for precise diagnose. They only help us to localize the mass. The threatment is surgical operatıon. Unlike therapy of mucosa and submocasa derived duodenum tumor, pancreas or duodenum resection is not required in therapy of duodenal stromal turnar which is tumorectomy. In our study, we aimed to report that a case of duodenal sıramal tumor with an only symptom of abdomjnal mass.
