ABSTRACT

The most complications of gastric ulcer are bleeding, perforation and obstruction. Frequently, location of perforation is the anterior face of duodenum,prepyloric area. When the emergency surgens try to find out where the perforation is at luminal organ, examination of posterior face of stomach should be keep in mind.
