Updating n pulmonary arterial hypertension

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) isa rare and destructive disease which rapidly leads to right ventricle failure and death, unless treated. The most important step for dıagnose is suspicion. Early diagnose is important for performing treatment choices w hi ch can lengthen the survey and improving life qualities. In diagnose and treatınent of PAH, although many advances have been done, especially in last ten years, more studies are required. lmportant research areas are; combination of agents in use, gene treatment, new goals for new drugs, improving the survey after surgical procedures and safety and activity of sildenafil. The aim of this article is to mention the current topics in the diagnose and treatment of PAH.
