Surgical risks and problems are of great importance in diabetic patients than nondibaetics. However, effort toward controlling plasma glucose concentrations, the advances in operatif technologies and anesthetics, antibiotherapy to control and treatment infection, fulfilling fluid-electrolytes-nutritional support, to treatment cardiovascular complications will continue to improve mortality and morbitiy in surgical patient with diabetes. In this article, we observed the methods in diabetic patients be subjected to surgery.
