Vaginal endometriosis is an uncommon disease that should be considered during the differantial diagnosis of vaginal tumors. A 28 years old patient, complaining of a vaginal mass about 2 cm in diameter, admitted to hospital. The mass was on the right wall of the vagina about 2 cm from the introitus proximally. She noticed the mass for about 1,5 years and the size of the mass didn’t change since than. The mass was excised surgically and pathology revealed that it is endometriosis. We report this case to emphasise that the differ›ntial diagnosis of the vaginal tumors should include endometriosis.
