We meet granulomatous breast diseases frequently day by day. In this article, we discussed two cases which were diagnosed and treated as breast abscess. Patologic evaluation of these cases diagnosed as granulomatous mastitis and than chest disease clinic examination revealed that patients had primary lung tuberculosis.
