Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura is charactarized by microangiopathic hemolitic anemia, thromboctopenia, fever, neurologic abnormailities and renal dysfunction. We present the clinical characteristics, tratment and outcome of a case of TTP and a review of literature.
