Results: We found 54.5% fall in the PASI value of 39 patients using topical 0.25% tretinoin twice a day at the and of the 6th week. This change is found significant statistically. Related to the treatment, we observed local irritation in the first 3-4 days in 5 patients, koebner phenomenon in 1 patient, and these patients’ treatments were stopped.
