In this study our aim was to evaluate the effects of omeprazole therapy combined w ith amoxicillin or claritromycin to eradicate HP in patients with duodenal ulcer and HP infection. HP eradication ratio was 59.09% with clarithromycin+omeprazole therapy where it was 27.27% w ith amoxicillin and omeprazole combination. The second regimen was better tolerated, although patients had surfered more side effects.
