The cost charge of total parenteral nutrition

We invested to cost charge 5 days total parenteral nutrition after elective gastrointestinal operations with thirty patients two groups. One group was applicated total parenteral nutrition, other one was applicated only 5% dextroz and 0.9% NaCl. We were compared the cost of using units (without same units) together by hospital staying times. One day total parenteral nutrition real cost was ı5$. These group patients were externalized ı-3 days earlier. Our country hasn't a daily standart cost for hospitals accordingly general stuation, capacity or room comfort. In this stuation we did not evaluate that provided early externalization with high cost therapy is profit or damage for patient (or his financial institution) how many profit or how many damage!
