Of disorders of brain development, neuronal migratian abnormalities are congenital malformatians caused by impairment of neuroblast migration in 3-5 th months of gestation.

An 18 year old male patient was examined twice because of the generalized tonic-clonic attack, with 1 year interval between these examinations, and in his computerized brain tomography and magnetic resonance screening analyses it was found that there were bilateral schizencephaly (closed lip) and poliymicrogria localized at postcentral and supramarginal gyrus.ln many syndromes, various migratian abnormalities are noted together with other systemic abnormalities.

We report this case, in the light of the literature, in whom there was major structural abnormality but no significant neurological deficit.
