What should we do preoperatively for operation candidate patients? There isn't any routine procedure. All clinics use their routin; which one is true, always it discusses. Patients are two classes too: There isn't second illness out of operation indicated disease and there is second illness, for example cholelithiazis diagnostic patient and diabetic cholelithiazis diagnostic patient. Preoperative evaluation and preparation of the se patients are differance. We investigated preoperative necessitations and unnecessitations. It's difficult to change of cliniciens preoperative routine preparation but we could prevent to wrongs and unnecessary processes. We consisted this article some parts, this fırst part include that general approach of surgery patient.
