Porokeratozis of Mibelli on the Finger

Parakeratosis mibelli is a rare autosomal dominant kerattnization disorder usually appearing in the childhood. Here, we presented an annular plaque of parakeratosis mi-bellt restricting the movements of the finger. which had been growing since the childhood of a 50 year old man, wtth a slightly raised hyperkeratotic border, atrophic center, and 6x3 em sized on the proximal side of the second finger.
