Internal abdominal hernia is insertion of an intraabdoominal organ to a potential peritoneal space. %2 of all cases with intestinal obstruction are internal herniations. Internal supravesical hernia isa rare type. In this case; a patient have non-spesific signs and symptomps of partial intestinal obstruction and pollakiüria was observer and examinated clinicaly. When absolute signs of complete intestinal obstruction were developed, we divided to operate the patient for diagnoses of ileus. In operation, prevesical type of internal supravesical herniation was observed. Because of viable intestinal segment in sac of hernia, small intestine reducted to abdoman and, defect of hernia was reparied primarily. Preoperative diagnosis of internal hernias is highly difficult. Radiographic examinations like computerized tomography, magnetic resonans imaging, arteriography are helpful diagnostic tecniques. The certain diagnosis is established by laparotomy or laparoscopic studies. In patient with signs of intestinal obstruction and especially with pollakiüria, internal supravesical hernia is keeped in mend for differential diagnosis.
