Behçet disease is a multisistemic disease with a presentation of re current anal and genital ulcers .In addition in same cases; joints, vascular, gastrointestinal, respiratuar and nervous systems are alsa affected.Central Nervous Systems lesions areseenin %5-10 of patients Behçet disease affects parankim or major vascu/ar structures of Central Nervous System. We are presenting a case wıth both affected areas.
