Fibrous dysplasia is a benign disorder in which normal bone is replaced by irregular trabeculae of immature, poorly mineralized fibrous tissue. The lesion ıs seen in cranio-fascıal region 10% of monostotic form and 50% of polyostotıcform. İn this report, atypical radiological appearance offibrous dysplasia innasal cavity is presented.
