In thyroid follicular carcinoma, distant metastasis occurs frequently. Distant metastases are commonly seen in the lungs, bones, liver and brain. Mandibular metastasis of follicular thyroid carcinoma is very rare. In this article, a thyroid follicular carcinoma with mandibular and lung metastases is presented.
