Metaplastic carcinoma is a special type of ductal careinama with spindle cell, squamous, chondroid or osseous metaplasia. In this case, 64 years old female patient who has an infıltrating ductal carcinoma with chondroid metaplasia is presented. The tumor cells express Cytokeratin, 8100 and Estrogen receptor, immunohistochemically. 8ince that tumor size is less than 4 cm, no axillary lymph node metastasis exists and estrogen receptar is positive, the prognosis is predicted to be better.
