Only %2 of maltgnancies of all gastrointestinal tract belongs to small intestine. In histological examination, majority of the se malignancies are adenocarcinoma. This pathology is rare and in generally clmical symptom is chromc abdonunal pa in. But very ra rely can appear acute right-inferior abdominal pain So in this sıtuation confuse acute apandiclfis. In this trial, we reporta young woman witlı ilea/ adenocarcmoma presented as acute riglıt-inferior abdominal pain.
