In the formation of the occupational pain and diseases related to healthcare workers, not only the principles of prevention and posture but also environmental ergonomic factors play a significant role. Therefore, one of the most important precautions be taken in a hospital environment is to create an ergonomic patient care system, which improves the quality of life for the patients and health professionals, compatible with the physical, social and psychological characteristics of human beings. The quality of assurance, psychology, sociology and communication sciences related with human factors should be developed in compliance with the health care system.
