Infantile hemangiopericytomas are tumors which are also seen in the prenatal period and generally follow a benign course. The multicentric form is exceedingly rare and similarly usually follows a benign course. We report the prenatal and postnatal radiological findings of a case of masses detected in the abdomen, paravertebral area, gluteal region and face at obstetric ultrasonography and fetal magnetic resonance imaging and later evaluated as hemangiopericytoma from the histopathological results.
