We present a case of eosinophilic fasciitis which is characterized by induration and inflammation of the fascia of the extremities. In most patients the clinıcal and laboratory features improve fallawing administration of systemic steroids. Our case did not respond any treatment include corticosteroid, penicilline, cyclosporin and chloroquine during two years. The lesions progressed atrophy and crural involvement has occurred.
