We aimed to compare the coronary angiography and ECG findings in patients with symptomatic or asymptomatic ischemia.

Coronary angiography was applied to 81 patients with symptomatic ischemia and history of myocardial infarction and to 65 asymptomatic ischemic patients as determined with ECG findings.

There was no statistically significant difference between the coronary angiography findings of the asymptomatic and symptomatic ischemic patients.
