Multiple Sclerosis is an otoimmune disease that is characterized by relaps remission periods and results ın fokal neurologic defisits. The aim of this study is to show clinic remission after 7 day 1OOOmg/day I. V. metilprednizolone pulse steroid treatment. 60 patıents between 2004- 2005 are included in this study to assess the elinical spectrum after pulse steroid treatment . After pulse steroid treatment increase in EDSS value is observed.
