Cervical Hematama Formatian During Oral Anticoagulant Therapy

Oral anticoagulants when they are used overdose lead spontaneous bleedings. They cause purpura and echimosis in the genitourinary and gastrointestinal tracts. In this case, after overdosage oral anticoagulant drug (sodiumwarfarin) usage, a mass due to spontaneus bleeding at the neck was diagnosed. We evaluate differential diagnosis of neck masses, usage of oral anticoagulants and their complications.
