Hereditary angioedema is an extremely rare autosomal dominant disease that can attack respiratory, gastrointestmal and subcutaneus tissues. This condition is* due to an inherited deficiency ofCJ esterase inhibitor. Hereditary ang1oedema can be associated with autoimmun disease such as, sistemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid artritis, autounmun thyroiditis and glomerulonephitis. This illnes may occur with infections trauma, stress and the changes of the temperature. Our case seems to be interesting because the disease is rare but found in a late age.
