Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GST), are seen in duodenum rarely. Duodenum derived GST, gives no other than symptoms other than abdominal mass unlike the other GST. Imaging studies are not useful for precise diagnose. They only help us to localize the mass. The threatment is surgical operation. Unlike therapy of mucosa and submocasa derived duodenum tumor, pancreas or duodenum resection is not required in therapy of duodenal stromal tumor which is tumorectomy. In our study, we animed to report that a case of duodenal stromal tumor with an only symptom of abdominal mass.
