Inguinal hernia is common in general surgical practice and is one of the diseases commonly operated on. Inside the hernial sac, omentum and small intestines are often found and at times there may be any of the pelvic organs. While the cases in which the ovaries and tubes are the contents of the hernial sac are usually observed in the pediatric population, the same situation might be seen in adults as well. In this article we present an adult patient with an irreductable inguinal hernia, the contents of which are the ovary and fallopian tube.
