Adenoid hypertrophy is the most prevalent cause of nasal obstruction in childhood. In adults, it may be overlooked because of incomplete nasopharyngeal examination or due to overshadowing by accompanying rhinological disorders. In this study, 43 adult patients with adenoid hypertrophy were retrospectively reviewed.
