The spleen and liver are the must affected organs by blunt abdominal trauma. Pancreatic injurıes according to blunt abdominal trauma are rare and the ineidence is %1-12. Pancreatic in;ury is to be remınded by the trauma related to up per abdomen especialy to epigastrium. A case of pancreatıc trauma due to upper abdominal blunt trauma is reported.
